What we do for the 911.

Porsche's ECU calibration is conservative across all 911 variants — there's real headroom for properly scoped builds. We custom-tune every 911 on our dyno from the customer's specific fuel + supporting mod combination. No OTS, no shortcuts.

Common questions.

Is there a meaningful Stage 1 flash for the 911?

Multiple vendors offer OTS for the 991.2 turbo platform. We don't sell OTS — every 911 we tune is custom on our dyno.

GT3 — is that a different conversation?

Yes. GT3 / GT3 RS / GT3 Touring are NA-flat-6 platforms with a separate playbook. We tune them custom too, but the approach differs from the turbo cars.

Does the PDK need tuning?

Optional — we can sharpen shift logic, rev-match timing, and increase torque limits with a PDK tune. Most customers add it on top of the ECU tune.

How long does a Porsche 911 appointment take?

Full day minimum. Multi-day for built-engine / forced-induction-upgrade builds.
