The Coyote responds well to a properly mapped Stage 1 even on stock bolt-ons. We tighten the throttle map, smooth boost on the supercharged variants, and pull every ounce of safe timing the platform allows on pump gas. Stage 2 territory is where it gets interesting — long-tubes, off-road mid-pipe, cold air intake, and a properly mapped flex-fuel setup makes the Coyote sing.

Will tuning my Mustang GT void the factory warranty?

Federal law (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) makes the dealer prove the modification caused the failure before denying a claim. Powertrain warranty is the risk surface — body, electrical, suspension unaffected. Ford specifically has a tune-flag the dealer can read; we offer free stock-revert before any planned dealer visit.

How much horsepower will I gain?

Stage 1 on a stock GT typically picks up 20–25 wheel hp + noticeable throttle response gain on 93 octane. Stage 2 with long-tubes + intake + intercooler is 70–110 wheel hp depending on weather and your supporting mods.

Do I need to bring 93 octane fuel?

Yes. Drive in on at least a half tank of 93 octane. We pull timing automatically if the ECU detects knock from lower octane, which costs you the power you paid for.
